3 Types Of Skincare Regimen for the Busy Girl....

     When it comes to taking care of the skin, the face, especially is one of the most ignored areas. I am surprised at the number of women that do not take quality care of their skin. I once asked a friend if she had a skincare routine,  and she stated that she did not and also that she just used water and soap to cleanse her face. I was somewhat not surprised because many women do not see the importance of a healthy skin.
   I believe that the reason many women ignore the health of their skin is because of lack of time, and lack of knowledge about how to start a skincare regimen or routine. Creating a beauty regimen does not need to be complicated or time-consuming as one thinks. After all, taking 10 minutes every morning and night can help improve the health of the skin. So I have come up with 3 regimens that require little time.

Regimen 1:
These regimens includes 4 to 6 products and it takes between 5-10 minutes to complete depending on the speed of the person. The products include a: cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen.

Steps:
1. Cleanse
2. Apply Toner
3. Moisturize
4. Apply Sunscreen

Regimen 2:
This regimen includes a serum, which helps with skin concerns such as wrinkles and fine lines.

Steps:
1. Cleanse
2. Apply Toner
3. Apply Serum
4. Moisturize
5. Apply Sunscreen

Regimen 3:
This regimen includes an eye-cream, which helps to protect the under-eye area and helps to reduce under-eye bags and dark circles.

Steps:
1. Cleanse
2. Apply Toner
3. Apply Serum
4. Moisturize
5. Apply Eye-cream
6. Apply Sunscreen
